Are your items authentic?

Yes, all of our items are purchased directly from the manufacturer/brand.

Are you an authorized retailer?

Yes, we are. For all of the lines we carry. Some of them we have been authorized retailers for 40 years.

Do your items come with a warranty?

All of our items come with the original factory warranty.

Where do you ship from?

We ship out of Ozark, AL. 

Do you have a showroom?

Yes, we do. The address is: 2364 S US Hwy 231 Ozark, AL 36360

How soon will my order ship?

We ship all orders within 24 business hours (Monday - Saturday at 10am).

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our standard delivery is 3 to 5 days, but if you qualify for our free 2 day shipping, you will receive it in 2 days.

Can I return it if I don’t like it?

Absolutely, with no questions asked. In our returns portal, it can provide you with a prepaid return label. You won’t be charged for the return. Make sure you return it in new condition with the original tags and packaging, otherwise we won’t be able to issue you a full refund.

How long do I have to return my item?

We offer 30 day free returns.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Your refund will be issued within 24 to 48 hours of us receiving the item back and having a chance to inspect it.

How will I be refunded?

The refund will be issued back to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

Can I exchange for a different item?

Yes, you can. If the item isn’t of equal value, we will either bill you for the additional cost or refund you the difference.

What if my item doesn’t fit?

Let us know and we can help you with a different band or resizing, sometimes free of charge.

Can I get additional watch links?

Yes, you can. If your watch doesn’t fit, and the manufacturer has links, we will get them and send them to you. Most of the time free of charge.
