Vorweg, ich bin 100-prozentig zufrieden mit der Uhr!Hat für mich genau die richtige Größe. Vom Styling genau das was ich gesucht habe.Das Lederarmband wird recht zügig etwas geschmeidiger. passt bei mir super. Wenn jemand richtig dicke Handgelenke hat könnte es allerdings eng werden.Das Schweizer UhrWerk mit 80 Stunden Gangreserve spricht für sich!Die Anzeige von Datum und Wochentag ist für mich hilfreich.Von meiner Begeisterung für die Uhr möchte ich jedoch auch ein paar Objektive Punkte nennen:Die Datumsanzeige ist vielleicht etwas klein.Die Wasserdichtigkeit ist mit fünf bar angegeben, nicht so wie bei dem ähnlichen Modell mit zehn bar.Die Zeiger leuchten im Dunkeln nur mäßig und nicht lange nach.Das Saphireglas ist nicht entspiegelt.Gibt schon tüchtig Spiegelungen.Mich persönlich stört es aber nicht, im Gegenteil macht die Uhr vielleicht noch ein wenig klassischer!Trotz dieser kleinen Markel bin ich super zufrieden mit der Uhr!Die Uhr wurde schnell gut verpackt geliefert.Eine Quittung und Garantiebescheinigung auf Thermopapier wurde mitgeliefert.Nur die Garantiekarte war nicht vollständig ausgefüllt, bis auf den Stempel.Das konnte ich selber nachholen.

NOTE: Purchased through Jomashop storefront.I believe my only OCD tendency is around time. I have a number of quartz watches including Seiko and Bulova that I keep set to the second. But the Hamilton Khaki King is my first mechanical watch and I am floored by the accuracy. I finally bit the bullet and purchased this after studying hundreds of watches for several weeks. I read that 10-15 seconds off per day is “acceptable” for a mechanical, but I was hoping to get lucky and do better than that. I received the watch a couple of days before the Daylight Savings time change, so on Sunday morning I set this to the split second exactly to my iPad time. Now it is Saturday, six days later, and I haven’t reset anything (see photo). This is still within a fifth of a second. Beyond the accuracy, there isn’t a single thing I’ve found yet that I don’t love. It looks simple but elegant and feels like quality. It is super easy to read and I like the way the needle-tipped hands point exactly at the time markers. I’ve always used either metal or nylon bands but the leather on this one feels very comfortable and actually holds the watch in the perfect position on my wrist, whereas all others I own tend to move and sit too far up and around my wrist. And lastly, after watching the one second “ticks” of my quartz watches, I’m still fascinated to see the second hand of the Hamilton quietly sweeping around the dial. It would be hard to go wrong with this watch.

Classic swiss field watch, not so keen on strap so replaced with black leather and then experimented with a James bond nato from watchgecko. Very light and wears great on the wrist which is nice. I love the day/date detailing. Only negative is could do with better anti reflect coating. Overall, I've actually taken this to my daily office wear as I've grown more in awe of it.

What a fantastic watch. Great quality, legible dial, domed crystal, worth the full asking price but to pick it up at almost half price unbelievable. My second Hamilton and it won't be my last, bang for buck can't beat them.

In the ratings, it asked me to rate water resistance but I won’t be wearing this in the water so I picked 3/5 to be neutral because I don’t know.I love my Hamilton a lot, I always wear it on a leather nato and is just perfect. I prefer a 41-42mm watch but this watch probably gets the second most writ time.

True Swiss automatic at a reasonable price point. Comfortable and easy to read. Looks great, easy to dress up or down.

Rapidissimo nella consegna, meno di due giorni ed era a casa. Il pacco non era imballato benissimo ma il prodotto non ha riportato nessun difetto. Il packaging l'ho ricevuto immacolato. Cofanetto in legno con interno rivestito in similpelle. L'orologio era compreso di ogni pellicola di protezione, ciò mi fa capire che non è stato usato per nulla ed il cinturino in pelle non riportava la minima griza. Qualità tipica di Hamilton, PERFETTO IN OGNI ASPETTO. A questa cifra ci sono davvero poche alternative. Davvero davvero ben fatto. Consigliato

Cette montre utilise le calibre Hamilton H-30 qui dérive directement du calibre ETA C07.111 de chez Tissot en y ajoutant les jours, ce qui est une complexité supplémentaire vis-à-vis du calibre ETA C07.111 original de chez Tissot (Groupe Swatch) La garde de 4 jours est assurée (En tout cas sur la mienne) et je ne peux que recommander cette montre...

The watch is really comfortable.It looks great and can be worn on special occasions as well as an everyday watch.So far it fulfills all my expectations.

I bought mine many years ago. I’ve had it in an approved service shop only once, for minor repair and basic maintenance. Five years later it’s still my go-to every day timepiece. As an Auto-Mechanical, this watch, driven by a famous Swiss ETA Movement, is not on the dot accurate, as are most (battery powered) quartz movements. Only very expensive mechanical Certified Chronometers do. However, my Khaki King is good for 1-2 seconds per day. So I set it ahead about 30 seconds every 5 days or so and I’m happy.and know that it will always be "close enough." The face and dial are classic, with a great day/date rocker display @12:00. I had hoped that this bold yet attractive complication would help me remember the day and date when I got old enough to forget. I’m happy to say that I have arrived, and the Khaki King does not disappoint.This model comes with a good leather strap band, but it is very short. I’ve replaced it with good after-market bands that help the Hamilton Khaki King to be a great, anytime, anywhere (not in the water), everyday great time piece.The Khaki King has not changed in design for a very long time. I did notice that it has become twice the cost to own now, as did mine over ten years ago

I’m a big fan of Hamilton and I own numerous different models. I’ve always wanted the Khaki King and it does not disappoint. Great size on the wrist and looks great. Looks great on either the leather, a NATO or a bracelet. I think it’s a very versatile piece. Keeps cracking time as to be expected.

The watch is very attractive and the beautiful white hands on black dial are easy to read. I do wish more makers would use tritium so that night time viewing would be constant. I read that the movement will provide 2 second a day accuracy. That's plenty for a watch in this price range. I also like that the day is spelled out - think Rolex President. I did buy a nice stainless bracelet. The leather is nice and appears thick and tough, but a bracelet is handy, waterproof, and fits better on my small wrist. Time will tell if mine achieves that accuracy. So far, it appears very good.

Eine sehr schöne und moderne Armbanduhr für Herren. Mein Sohn hat sie sich vom Weihnachtsgeld gekauft und war sofort begeistert. Sie passt zu einem edleren Outfit genauso gut wie zu einer klassisches Jeans. Das schöne am Lederarmband ist , dass auch für ein schlankes Habdgelenk der Verschluss passt. Rundherum eine schicke Uhr!

For the price this is a great watch. This watch comes with the new movement which has a longer power reserve. I thought the crystal glass reflects glare which causes some issues.The watch came with sellotape holding the outer box which took off some of the box finish. Minor, I know but may annoy some collectorsMy watch did not come with the warranty card. Instead the 2 year warranty comes from amazon. If you are paying full price this would be a major drawback.

Watch itself is perfect and no complaints about it ,but the packaging was bad so it got me wondering if its fake ,and i had to go through 5 different watchmakers to confirm authenticity.Also no warranty card was included which is a must if you are paying 320£

The only thing I don't like about this watch is that the sapphire crystal has 0 antireflex cover which make it mirror like in a bright space

Having spent ages reading reviews and watching YouTube videos I finally took the plunge and got the Khaki King. This was after a long time making up my mind between this and the normal 38mm Khaki. I do not regret my decision. I'm delighted with the watch. It keeps good time, fits well and looks good. It oozes quality. It's my first Hamilton and I would recommend. Usual excellent service and good price from Amazon.

Long live the King!Hamilton have updated the ETA movement to the ETA H40 Powermatic 80 movement an update to the previous ETA movement, ETA and Hamilton both being part of the Swatch group making this possible.So instead of the standard 40+ hours power reserve this Hamilton Khaki King 2 now comes with a handy 80+ hour power reserve.The movement is extremely precise and is set in the factory by means of a lazer to regulate the watch movement. However this means the movement cannot be regulated by a regular watchmaker or even yourself as it will need to be sent back to Hamilton because of the special tools needed to do so.I have had this watch for over a month now and it consistently gains 6 seconds a day,very acceptable at this price for an automatic watch. This has to be THE BEST value for money Swiss made watch available at the moment.Highly recommended.

Tenía ganas de este reloj, la verdad que es precioso y tiene un precio, que para ser suizo con un calibre ETA, es muy muy barato, este calibre es el ETA 2834-2, muy fiable, robusto y exacto, de hecho es el mismo que montan muchos Omega, Tag Heuer, y algunos más. Prime Time Shop me lo ha mandado en un par de días, embalaje perfecto, el reloj completamente nuevo y el precio asombroso. Absolutamente recomendado si quieres tenes un reloj Swiss Made sin hipotecarte y con todas las ventajas de una gran marca de garantía.Después de unos meses con el Hamilton me gustaría rectificar algo, el movimiento que lleva no es el ETA 2834-2, es un movimiento basado en él pero con propiedad de la casa Hamilton; H-10 se llama. Este movimiento me ha sorprendido por su exactitud, el muelle viene calibrado de fábrica por láser, no se puede calibrar manualmente y tiene una reserva de marcha de 80 horas. La exactitud es sorprendente, +/-2 segundos día.Me parece increíble que por este precio se pueda tener un reloj de esta calidad, estoy más contento con él cada día que pasa, ya sé que sobre gustos no hay nada escrito pero éste reloj, para mí, no puede ser mejor, ni por dentro ni por fuera. La mejor compra que he hecho en años. Espero que os sirva de algo mi opinión.

Have had mine for 1.5 weeks now. Each morning when I put it on, I manually wind it 40 times. Then I wear it approximately 14 to 15 hours. I am quite active, so it auto winds plenty. So far, I would say it had a one day “break in” period in which it ran 2 seconds fast. Now, it loses 0 to 0.5 seconds per day. I place it face down at night and it gains 0.25 seconds overnight. I sync it every morning with atomic radio-controlled g-shock. Over the past 72 hours it has lost 0.25 seconds. The accuracy thus far, is insane. Still can’t believe it. I’m an OCD scientist, thus the tendency to collect data on such a thing as an automatic watch’s accuracy. Beautiful watch, impeccable quality, insane accuracy. Lack of anti-reflective coating on crystal is somewhat annoying because you really notice its absence, but the watch is amazing and I could not recommend it more. I will update in a month or two on the accuracy, but certainly hope this is the consistent pattern.An update: 23 Feb. 2018 - the watch is running with near perfect accuracy. In five days, 19th to 23rd, it has lost 0.5 seconds. Still nearly perfectly synced to atomic g-shock. I do keep it fully wound, still manually winding 40 to 50 revolutions in morning. Been putting it face up overnight. Never seen accuracy like this.

Insgesamt: Eine ansprechende Alltagsuhr im derzeit angesagten Retro Look. Könnte so auch aus den 50ern stammen.Positiv: Offenbar gediegen verarbeitet und auch noch super eingestellt. Mein Exemplar läuft mit ca.3 Sekunden pro Tag nach, für eine Uhr in der Preisklasse ist das genial.Die Größe ist genau richtig für schmalere Handgelenke, Leute mit breiteren Armen greifen besser zu einer größeren Variante.Negativ: Das Armband ist bocksteif. Die Schachtel ging gleich beim ersten Öffnen kaputt. Aber die will ich auch nicht an der Hand tragen.Ansonsten: Gibt es kaum etwas zu meckern. der Preis hier ist sowieso gut, in Berlin rufen die Juweliere dafür 500,-€ auf.

im so impressed by the solid build and design of this watch... definitely worth more than what u pay for... a perfect Swiss made for beginners watch... classy and elegant but looks robust and rugged... only minor problem ive noticed is the weak lume... but not an issue for me... still a highly recommended watch

Hamilton makes a fine product for the money. It pays to shop, though. A week after I purchased this watch, it was available for $20 less.

Item is a little different than pictured in the website description but after researching, it seems these are improvements Hamilton recently made to the watch. It looks better in real life than in the pictures, and it can be worn dressed up or casually. Happy with it, it's a keeper.
