I started buying Rhythm Clocks for my wife 9 years ago. She absolutely loves them. This one is absolutely fantastic. Just make sure when you first get it to turn the music on, the volume up, an dgive it an hour or two to charge the photo sensor so it will play on the hour.

We love this clock. Keeps accurate time. Sound good. It needs more light than our other motion clock to activate the motion and sound but that’s no biggie. We just keep a light on it .

It is beyond beautiful and so uniquely wonderful, it’s my favorite thing in my entire house and everyone that sees it is captivated by its beauty. If there’s not enough light in the room the clock will not chime on the hour. I live in a condo and can’t find a wall to hang clock that will get sufficient light to make it chime.

Beautiful clock, exactly as advertised. Put the included two D batteries in, flip the "on/off" switch to "on" and choose your "A, B, or C" set (first, second, or third (Christmas) set of tunes), set your correct time, and you should be good to go. It also has automatic nighttime shutoff, so it won't disturb you at night. Came in pristine condition and worked just fine. It proceeds through the 12 (or with the Christmas tunes, 6) songs in your chosen set, once per hour, moving on to the next in the list the next hour, and beginning the set again from the start after it reaches the last one in the set.

Ordered this when in the US back in September and all appeared well until Prime Time Shop cancelled the order, BUT thankfully it was on its way (someone hacked my account!) It arrived a month before I returned and everyone loves it. It is so different to what I have seen in Australia and its uniqueness has it as a standalone. It was expensive thanks to currency downtown but well worth it. Very pleased. It was well packaged and simply love it.

had trouble with insufficient light so i attached a little mighty brite lite to the wall, bending the tiny light to the light receptor near the planet Saturn. worked great! still waiting for my micro cleaning cloth that was supposed to come with product.

This was a pretty expensive item, and we did look at several similar clocks, but this one is the best! We love the music and it is amazing how it does a complete 360, goes back together and you can't see the line. When it gets close to the hour, my husband comes in the house just to watch and listen to the clock. I shouldn't say this since it is just March, but I am excited for November/December so we can switch to the Christmas music.

I've been looking at Rhythm clocks for quite sometime and recently picked up the Time Cracker Cosmos from another store. It's beautiful clock with the wooden case and Swarovski elements. It plays 30 melodies (24 classic/6 Christmas) and features a switch if you want to go "Christmas mode" for the holidays.This is my first Rhythm clock having owned several Seiko melodies in motion clocks. Here are my observations for those like me deciding which one to get.Seiko clocks are definitely more flashier from the display to when the face opens while Rhythm clocks are more subtle in their beauty but it's a different more of traditional feel based on the materials which are high quality.There is more music variety in the Rhythm clocks, they sound much better than the Seiko clocks and not as loud.So far I've been happy and would consider another Rhythm clock.
